Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Plasma AI Inc. (“Plasma,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website at plasma.ai (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us. We are a Delaware corporation with our principal mailing address at 1521 Blake St #50795, Denver, CO 80202.
Please read this policy carefully. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
Plasma operates a marketing website. We do not require accounts, and the Site does not have a login. The categories of information we may collect are limited and described below. When you sign up for or use any product or service that Plasma makes available in the future, we may collect additional information necessary to provide that product or service, and we will update this Privacy Policy at that time.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
If you contact us by email (for example, at hello@plasma.ai), you voluntarily provide us with information such as your name, email address, company name, job title, and any other information you choose to include in your message.
If you sign up on the Site to receive product updates, you provide us with your email address, which we use to send you those updates. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our update emails or by contacting us at hello@plasma.ai.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, certain technical information is collected automatically by our web hosting infrastructure. This typically includes:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referring URL
- Pages viewed and the date and time of your visit
- Approximate geographic location (derived from IP address)
This information is used for security, to diagnose technical problems, and to understand aggregate usage of the Site.
2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site does not set cookies or store information on your device beyond what is technically necessary for the page to load. We use Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate page views and Vercel Speed Insights to measure Web Vitals (basic load-time and responsiveness metrics) so we can understand how the Site is performing and improve it over time. These Vercel tools are cookieless and do not collect information that personally identifies you. For details on Vercel’s data practices, please review Vercel’s privacy notice.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you
- To send product updates you have requested, which you can opt out of at any time
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site
- To analyze and improve the Site and our services

We do not sell your personal information. See Section 7.1 for additional disclosures about how we handle personal information under California law.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We may share information with third-party vendors who provide services on our behalf, such as web hosting, email delivery (Resend), and infrastructure services. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or respond to a government request.
- Business transfers. If Plasma is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of any such change.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Email correspondence is generally retained for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter. Email addresses subscribed to product updates are retained until you request deletion. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending updates but keep your address on a suppression list so we can honor your opt-out, unless you ask us to delete it.
6. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your information in a portable format

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information, including the rights described above and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
We do not “sell” personal information or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not process personal information for “targeted advertising” purposes, as those terms are defined under California law.
